This is the complete management of a student(s) program allowing a Family/partner organisation/School the comfort of knowing every aspect of the program in Ireland is covered to ensure the student has the safest, happiest and fun memorable experience possible.
Once the student has applied for the program and you as the Student/Parent/School and Partner organisation has fully completed the student application everything else is covered through this service for the duration of their stay, including host family/School payments. We will provide application forms to ensure all the relevant information is gathered to ensure the best fit location, family and school for your child/student.
Pre/Post Stay
Schools
Contact and organisation of schools around the country – Contact to establish locations best suited for the student.
Arrangement of school fees
Ensuring reports are completed and issued to students whilst in Ireland and at the end of term before departure.
Liaising with schools on individual requests for subjects that a student may require (where possible)
Discussion between student and school on study year, extra tuition and anything Required
Monthly reviews with the school to obtain update on students progress & abilities etc
Assistance to student to obtain voluntary work experience if required
Participation in the Cambridge English exams(if required) **Additional fees to participate
Host Family
Selection of host families.
Completion of Garda vetting for security and legal obligations in Ireland.
Full family assessment including application, interview, house inspection, pictures, references etc.
Student/family matching service to ensure the best match for both parties.
Assistance to family and student to organise travel (bus/train etc.) tickets, books and uniform.
Monthly reviews with the Host Family to obtain update on students progress within the family & to ensure they are attending activities of interest and achieving their set goals.
Prompt transfer in the event the student/host family do not suit.

During Their Stay
24/7 Support Service with the student, host family, School, partner organisation/natural family.
Liaison point for student, host family, partner organisation/natural family no matter when.
Assistance with home sickness, confidence issues or any bothering little concerns whether in Ireland or indeed in home country. We will always be there to talk or have a shoulder to cry on if anything crops up along the journey.

Structured Reporting
Monthly formal interview and progress update for the Natural family/Partner organisation.
More frequent interviews if required – Student/family concerns, relocation of student, medical concerns, complications with student settling etc.
Regular home visits, standard visit at the start and the end of the term and at regular intervals during the stay.
Annual Trip Schedule – Trips organised monthly as an opportunity for students to visit Ireland and see the best sights in the country. The cost of these trips is not included in the service price and will depend on numbers attending. Approx (€20-€35)

The cost of this services includes host family and school payments.
Costs do not include the following:
Students own personal insurance.
School travel tickets (bus, train if needed).
School Uniform/Books although we may be able to get books and uniforms at a reduced price.
